For information about upcoming weekly and monthly meetings, please check the
ALE Meetup Group Calendar. We do not, and never will, require anyone to sign up with Meetup (or any other service) to attend any of our meetings; we only use it as an additional platform to connect with others in the local Atlanta area who are also interested in Linux.

It’s time for another ALE-Central meeting!
Your truly will discuss factors to consider when designing a Linux cluster for various types of needs. Cluster types include: web servers, database replication, file servers, HPC systems, and the most important type, backup servers.
As usual, we will meet at the ALE-Central location at 7:30, talk about stuff for about an hour and a half or so and then relocate to Meltons for post meeting snacks and libations.
