Are you referring to the the output of 'ps auxww' command you executed 
earlier?  Or are you looking for where the 'ps' command is located? 
Full path is '/bin/ps.'

If you're searching for the command via a gui, you would search for 'ps' 
only.  'auxww' are flags passed to it.  That could be the reason you 
couldn't locate it.

Then again, it could be my coffee hasn't quite sunk in yet this morning 
and I've missed your point all together. ;(
