[ale] Linux Help Desk Call Apps?

Well, I'm the only coder to ever look at the code.  My inline
documentation leaves much to be desired.  Also, I've been wanting to
update the code and make it more modular, now that I've learned more about
PHP programming.

You're right for us amateur programmers..if noone else is going to see it,
then why make it look nice?
