I'd argue that there are uber-hackers out there who will work for anyone
if the price is right.  Remember, there *are* highly skilled technical
people out there who don't share our religious fervor.  It is not only
white and black, linux and microsoft.

As an example of a technical master who *can* be bought, consider Anders
Hejlsberg, father of C#, turbo pascal, delphi, etc. and considered one of
the top compiler designers in the world.  You think he's working for
Microsoft because he feels they're making the world a better place?
