Hmmmm... yourself.
There is an undeniable appeal to picking on "them". However, is it not
more profitable to consider a less directed source - that Linux is
appearing on enough machines that it is worth the time of "uber-hackers"
to target for their own purposes? The Linux platform is being
acknowledged by the marketplace as having become plentiful enough to be
worth exploiting.
Maybe it is time to get paranoid about our systems, and start locking the
windows,doors, and vents to keep the vermin _out_.

Sorry - conspiracy theorys generally bother me. There is generally a
total lack of evidence, an assumption of extreme organizational security
and communication, and an assignment of great malace to unpopular figures.
I see no reason to assign something to malace when general human
cussedness is more than sufficient.
