I checked speedfactory.com
there is 200$ setup fee ... and the thing is that i do not need anything
more...
no setup cost, static IP and no port blocking is the key....

Speedfactory offers all this and more.  I've got my mother-in-law 
dialing into my network from home for her internet connectivity. 
Speedfactory knows about this and permits this.  Now this is on a case 
by case basis, primarily because she rarely dials up and uses very 
little bandwidth.

I didn't have to buy my radio from a specific company to listen
to FM, why doesn't that apply to the Internet (anymore...)?
