	You don't get the luxury of running SCO on top of the MS-Dog file
system like umsdos...

	If you when from kernel 1.1.59 to 2.0 in one fell swoop you have
ALOT to upgrade.  Just upgrading from 1.2.13 to 2.x (bypassing all of the
1.3.x development stuff) is pretty substantial.  You basically jumped a couple
of MAJOR releases.  On 1.1.59 you were probably running an a.out system.
The latest installs are ELF based.  I would strongly recommend that it's time
to reinstall.  I don't know what distribution you initially installed from
but just going from Slakware 2.x (a.out) to Slackware 3.x (ELF) you can
forget about the "upgrade" path.
