NO to all! Your teacher is violating Federal law and could be fined
$250,000.
That is why each student must purchase his own copy and the teacher
says "Turn to page 24."
COPYright is just that.
Fair Use is very limited. VERY short excerpts, a paragraph or two,
may be used for certain purposes.
I suggest that you talk to church officials and alert them to
the teacher's crime that could cause the fines to be inflicted
against the church.
Copyright owners occasionally come down very hard on violators.
