I suspect you need to stick clients to their initial server. But that's
assuming you're already proxying in TCP mode instead of HTTP:

mode tcp
option dontlognull
option redispatch

maxconn 3000
timeout queue 1m
timeout connect 10s
timeout client 1m
timeout server 1m
timeout check 10s
```
