[ale] Good Linux laptops

Ok, I love the Thinkpad and Elitebooks. But lets get something straight
here. Both of those cost north of $1500. You can get a great ASUS for under
$1k. Most under $750. That's why I mentioned it.

"He's not a techie, so compatibility is important. I think he uses it for
basic things - pictures, email, web, etc"  Most people that fall in this
category can't fathom spending over $1000 for a laptop these days. That
said, Most laptops these days have great compatibility with Linux.
