[root at chinaberry media]# pvscan
   PV /dev/sda6 VG Vol-sda lvm2 [436.70 GiB / 189.84 GiB free]
   PV /dev/sdb6 VG Vol-sda lvm2 [9.31 GiB / 9.31 GiB free]
   Total: 2 [446.02 GiB] / in use: 2 [446.02 GiB] / in no VG: 0 [0 ]
[root at chinaberry media]# lvscan
   ACTIVE '/dev/Vol-sda/Vsda-home' [49.54 GiB] inherit
   ACTIVE '/dev/Vol-sda/Vsda-vz' [60.61 GiB] inherit
   ACTIVE '/dev/Vol-sda/Vsda-backupmirror' [136.72 GiB] inherit
[root at chinaberry media]# vgscan
Reading all physical volumes. This may take a while...
Found volume group "Vol-sda" using metadata type lvm2

Those work fine, however the one I'm trying to recover is on /dev/sde3

/dev/sde1 1 6079 48829536 83 Linux
/dev/sde2 6080 18238 97667167+ 83 Linux
/dev/sde3 18239 60801 341887297+ 8e Linux LVM
