[ale] bulleting board app setup anyone

Friends:

I would like to install a free bulletin board app inside our group.  Right
now we receive tons of email informing junk to our team members.

I want to install a free bulletininsh board kind of an app where they can
post thru email to the bulletin board.

I then want to script something where it will send messages thru im that
they have a message.  This will reduce clutter in the inbox and make life a
little simpler.

Any alternatives/suggestions are welcome.
