Yes, getting all the bells and whistles (integrated webcam,
fingerprint reader, video) working without issue on the W500 under
Linux was a bit of a concern as well.  Thanks for you feedback.

I got my wife a Macbook about a month ago.  She loves it, and I've
been playing with hers to help in the decision.  Don't have a W500
though to play with though :-(
