I have a motorcycle that I can do 200 mph, crash on purpose and not get hurt.
I live in a place where it is OK to do 200 mph without fear of getting caught.
I can even "get a ticket" and not have to pay the fine. Most importantly . . . 

I love it here.

P.S. That is all I am going to say on the subject. 
The sum: One can set up Linux to be run as root ALL the time - SAFELY.
I can think of at least 3 ways to go about it - surely, you can think of more.
