[ale] What package contains "file" ?

On RPM based systems:

~$ which file
/usr/bin/file
~$ rpm -qf /usr/bin/file
file-3.39-8.7x

On Debian:

$dpkg -S /usr/bin/file
file: /usr/bin/file
