Yes. sort of. In each state that uses DRE's, there is only one provider.
Thus a local monopoly exists. And since Diebold machines are as
prevelant in the DRE world as M$ OS is in the desktop world, thus the
claim of MONOPOLY stands as mostly valid.


You're just doing this to yank peoples chains, aren't you? When people
as politically diverse as Aaron and Jonathan _agree_ that something
vote-wise is wrong and needs fixing and agree AGAIN on a solution, I
would call it a solution looking for resources to be realized.
