These are getting fairly common.. I've seen some that were _very_ well done,
including javascript status bar mouseovers that made the URL look like it
went to ebay.
I think you can logicaly assume that any company you do business with online
would not re-verify customers in this way..
Simmilar scams have run around for paypal and BofA.

Note the first url is incomplete and will return an error. The second
one is, first of all, not ssl, second note the ip in the url. If you
load this page, it asks you for your:
ebay id/password
credit card information
social security #
bank checking info (routing/account)
drivers license #

During our regular update and verification of the accounts, we couldn't

information. Eighter your information has changed or it is incomplete.
As a result, your access to bid or buy on eBay has been restricted. To
