I'm thinking I've received a pretty slick scam below.  Anyone agree? 
Note the first url is incomplete and will return an error.  The second 
one is, first of all, not ssl, second note the ip in the url.  If you 
load this page, it asks you for your:

ebay id/password
credit card information
social security #
bank checking info (routing/account)
drivers license #

During our regular update and verification of the accounts, we couldn't

information. Eighter your information has changed or it is incomplete.

As a result, your access to bid or buy on eBay has been restricted. To
continue using your
eBay account fully, please update and verify your information by
