The HP All in Ones are well supported by CUPs in most distros via USB.  
I have the d125 model and have installed others with no problem.  Print 
quality is excellent, CUPs let's it be a network printer, the scanner 
works, but ink will be expensive.  Use the best coated paper for those 
pictures.  It'll help with the ink.
