[ale] OT: Level 3 xfers jobs to ATL

Apparently Level 3 will be xfering 300 jobs from other NOCs to here.
They also said that they would be interviewing locally to fill any
vacancies created as a result of the reloc.  They'll be in the recently-
vacated downtown Macy's location, and will be fully operational by late
summer.  Hope that helps some of you all out there still looking for
employment ...
