You can email the webmaster and let him know the page renders fine
in Opera [6.11 qt shared] as well.

Wish I could help more with why. Just for fun I ran the URL on the W3C 
validator service  <http://validator.w3.org/> as "4.01 Transitional" and got, 
among other things,
