[ale] DSL switch from Directv

$59.95/month for a static ip.

Speedfactory has a 1 year contract that auto-renews each year. SnappyDSL
has a 1 year contract that goes month to month after a year.

Also, SnappyDSL responded to my questions that I e-mailed them, most
other ISP's seemed to ignore e-mail during this chaotic time.
