Qmail and Postfix are probably the best two to choose between though.

What's the current state-of-the-art on Open Source SMTP server software
for Linux?  This will be for commercial use, and something for which
paid support is available might be a good thing.  Ease of
configurability (i.e., better than Hylafax) is also a good thing.  

I'd also be interested to know about spam filtering, as I've seen that
subject fly by here a few times.
