try to remember what Daziel Washington, a FBI
agent in "Siege", a movie, said, "If we are forced
to close every door, martial-law every city, and live out of our bomb
shelters, they (the enemy ) already win" -- not an exact quote
how could one even assume that terrorists will follow the rules to apply
for visas?
Besides, terrorism could be home-brewed as well (OK city & DC sniper)...
