Nope.

I'm on charter and since they fixed a broken cable out front it's been
great.  The only problem was getting it fixed.  It may or may not have
been their fault but the breadbox was absolutely trashed, even looked
like someone put a shovel through the line and left it.

I'm downloading with a topspeed down of probably 180KB/sec or so I
think.  Uploads are capped at 128K and they're blocking port 80 but I
can live with that for a bit longer.
