[ale] Redhat security updates available on RHN only ?

Jonathan,

"Current" seems to be the tool that best emulates up2date. See:

http://www.biology.duke.edu/computer/unix/current/

I would expect that once again, open source will triumph and as Current
and apt-rpm gain in popularity, that Redhat will remember who it was
that brought them to the dance. It would be nice to see Redhat accept
the additional help for its users and make users aware of the
open-source alternatives to its mainly subscription product.
