[ale] time of day goes back: taking countermeasures?

Well, I'm syncing to www.fsu.edu whom sync with the atomic clock at the
naval observatory (they're a sort of mirror).  I believe you can also sync
with
tick.gatech.edu or tock.gatech.edu and get the same result (I went to FSU)
as they are an East Coast mirror too.
