[ale] setting perms on mounted fs

I didn't explain this right.  Here's the deal.  I mounted my 'future'
/tmp filesystem on /tmpmnt (/dev/hdb5).  I moved everything from /tmp to
/tmpmnt.  The perms on /tmp are drwxrwxrwxt.  I change the perms on
/tmpmnt to drwxrwxrwxt.  I added the following to /etc/fstab:

/dev/hdb5     /tmp            ext2    defaults        0 0

When I rebooted, /tmp is mounted on /dev/hdb5 with the perms of
drwxr-xr-w, I need them to retain the drwxrwxrwxt perms.

I'm looking for the optin I can add to the 4th field of my /etc/fstab
file to set the perms when /tmp is mounted.
