[ale] PCMCIA card has disappeared

Check /proc/modules to see if the cs modules is loaded. If not, load it
with insmod cs (or it may be insmod pcmcia). Also, check your /boot to see
if you have a kernel other than the one you just booted with that might
have had pcmcia module added.
