Route question

 I've got this configuration set up.        |                                     |
 whhen i do ping 200.202.100.2 from         | eth0
 the slip machine I get no response.        |
 but I can do a ping 200.202.100.11   *********************************
 which is the slip's gatway. Below    * tf500                         *
 is the routing table of the pentium. * 200.202.100.2                 *
 Is there a route I need to set up    *********************************
 to tell the kernel that all packets from 200.202.100.16(slip) are to
 be routed through eth0.
