Yes, we don't need a president, but rather a motivator, and organizer.
I can provide certain techincal support, like mailing list (well, V's
the owner actually), and I maintain the ftp.cc FTP site.  As for meeting
places, I think it's possible that we could meet at Tech, possibly in 
the CoC.  Tech is about as central to Atlanta as you can get.  I'd
be willing to talk to someone about this.  I think we could justify it as
a Tech student function, and if non-Tech people show up, well...

What we really need is someone who would pick meeting topics, and then
talk about them (or ask someone else to talk about them).  Kindof like
what Lindsay does for AUUG, he's the MC for all the meetings.
