[ale] Stalwart email server software: anyone know anything?

If you haven't already done so, check out https://mailinabox.email/.  
It's dovecot, postfix and nextcloud - but packaged in a plug and play 
installer.

It's fairly opinionated and has limited configuration options, but it 
"just works" and requires very little day to day maintenance. I've been 
host 3 domains on my instance for years (not sure how long - 5+ for 
sure...).
