[ale] Weird ssh problem

Ben,

Putty is Windows Apps. Filezilla well don't want to start another
thread about how many cve are out there on it.   I don't get if he can
ssh, why he needs putty. That just me being an old cranky geek. It
would be better for his to use sftp over filezilla.

Have him google how to see errors into those apps. You know his
account is working with ssh.
