[ale] Trouble-shooting Mouse freezing

Running XFCE on Fedora 37, and for the past couple of weeks my mouse will occasionally freeze. The fix is to unseat the USB connection and reseat it, but I'm not seeing any common event happening to trigger the issue. I'm not seeing anything in /var/log/messages, but then again I'm not sure what to look for, either. Same for systemd logging.

Suggestions on where to start?
