[ale] Kmail - alternatives to PIM Settings Exporter?

Trying to move to a new computer and switch distros at the same time. Finding 
the PIM export tool lacking. Older computer with 2 Gigs of RAM and over 4 
Gigs of mail and PIM crashes. Did manage to get just the accounts and they 
imported to the new computer. No folders, filters or mail.

Any suggestions welcome. Have manually copied folders in the past, but that 
was staying with the same distro and Kmail versions much closer to each 
other.
