[ale] Mike Warfield

That's partially true... US callsigns can begin with K, N, W or A and
follow 1x2, 2x1, 2x2, 1x3, or 2x3 formats depending on the license class.
I'm a general class licensed operator with the callsign KQ4AFY. I can
request to any available callsign that follows 1x3 starting with K, N or W
or a 2x3 starting with K or W. An extra class license can request 1x2
starting with K, N or W, along with 2x2 or 2x1 starting with A, K, N, or W
in addition to those.

I ask because I'm aware of AI4NB registered extra class license for Michael
H Warfield in Athens, GA, but I'm not sure if this was Mike.
