Thanks Jeremy, that answers my question.

LOL, my MFJ-8100K (https://mfjenterprises.com/products/mfj-8100k) only goes up to
30Mhz and can decode only AM and SSB, no FM. Some day I'll make myself a software
controlled receiver, and then I'll be able to understand those repeaters.
