[ale] Pulling all TXT records via dig

You have a full day for Time-To-Live. It'll take that long to flush out
of provider caches.
In the future, reduce the TTL to an hour or less a couple days ahead.
Then changes will get picked up quickly when do proceed, along with any
quick fixes you discover you need.
Then put the TTL back to a long value a few days later.
