I give them a VoIP number and let them deal with a voice system menu. 99% of the time, they fail.

I haven't gotten the text message from Microcenter with the $25 off coupon.  It was an old offer from July.  OTOH, I needed to log into facebook - it has been about 5 yrs since the last time.  Need to see if any tweeter accounts are still available too. May be 10 yrs since the last login on those.
