[ale] Document Scanner Recommendations

I'm 95% certain the brother stuff is config files and not closed source binaries. And unpackager should be able the pull out the files that can be used manually. 

And yeah, rpm and deb packages cover a huge, vast majority of linux systems. I'm thinking the tool alien might help for folks with other package formats. Not sure. Been a long time since I closed down my install every release of every distro lab.
