One system is from 2010 and the other from 2016. Lots-o-issues with normal USB storage.
OTOH, for someone who always picks up the free Microcenter flash drives, this might be useful for a very slow, iffy, scratch area.
I was thinking more about a wall of cheap monitors for the Superbowl. Get 10 friends to bring over their 24" 1080p monitors to build the wall. Your own jumbo-tron.
They do sell multi-port, powered, USB3 hubs. I have a 7-port one, but use only 4 ports most of the time. Some devices really dislike going through hubs, like webcams hate it.
