[ale] Firewalls and UPNP

I'm using a linux box as my NAT, if I forward ports 35000-65535 to my
laptop, I can get voice 100% of the time, but then of course, my son
can't.  Getting UPNP or nat-pnp working would likely solve it, if discord
built their app right.
