[ale] At&t fiber 1g symmetric for $59/m

For folks who move to AT&T from Comcast Business, are you subject to data
caps?  One of the huge appeals of Comcast Business is no data caps.  If I
can get that along with cheaper and faster, I would definitely be
interested.
