[ale] Good commercial VPN's

Get the cheapest droplet from Digital Ocean in a datacenter outside of the US. Install OpenVPN on both systems. 

I used this method in the past to use a Google Chromecast in Buford, GA as if I were in London, UK. I wanted to watch the REAL BBC, not the Americanized one on Dish. :)
