Ok, I'm lazy.  I'm still running Centos 6.

I recall that there WAS an in-place upgrade, (to Centos 7)  then there 
wasn't.  This is a mirrored disk config, and I'm not wild about 
reinstalling just for entertainment.

For a while, there were no updates, then updates started again.  After 
the last batch of updates, I'm seeing a small pile that won't install.
