[ale] OT? - Climate Change Will Cause Beer Shortages and Price Hikes

I might try doing a CO2 or N2 flush before I seal up the bucket next
time. Cram a hose to the bottom of the bucket, pour on the grain,
slowly bleed in the gas until a candle at the top won't stay lit, seal
the lid. I'm using the 6 gal plastic buckets with the "gamma lid"
