[ale] Setting up local mail on Ubuntu 16.04

I use msmtp to divert local mail in a server to the main domain
mailserver.  The main domain is set up with a "slavemail" user that
the other servers submit under, and that user has permission to submit
mails with From: root at sub.mydomain.com.
