[ale] Lower cost hosting for ALE

For two years we had another place. Not to bitch and moan, but to chat off 
topic. Worked great for the small subset of this list who were there.  
2013 - 2015 tech-chat at linuxmoose.com Not sure who was running it or why it 
died?
