[ale] Bounce notifications

Indeed!  Makes my life way easier.  There were times in the past I was getting hundreds of spams a day to filter through… I didn’t want to miss a job if one was posted to our list!  Things keep getting progressively better, but I still run about 20-40/day, which is totally manageable.

Thanks to ALL who have worked with the server to help out with the crazy email we get.
