[ale] OT: International Cell Service

My T-Mobile phones were usable in Ireland with the same numbers and service
for a slight rate increase during the trip. I think it was $15/mo/line for
international service extra and it was prorated for only the days I had
them activated in that mode. No need to change sim cards as they had
service agreements in place with local providers.
